Low Housing Inventory at the Lower Price Ranges

A stable housing market is usually indicated by a 6 month inventory of homes. While the national average in April was just over 8 months, California has a lower inventory with the lowest inventory in the low price range. I am always frustrated with the quality of some of the real estate agents I have to work with. Not just because they make my life difficult, but because they help people with the biggest investment of their lives.
