Federal stimulus funds put to work
This is the type of project that is a great use of our tax dollars. It helps low-income people, reduces our energy consumption, and is not short-term in nature.

Large RE companies that encourage bad behavior.

I am always frustrated with the quality of some of the real estate agents I have to work with. Not just because they make my life difficult, but because they help people with the biggest investment of their lives.
This sign made be angry because a large RE company is encouraging the lack of education that exists. Here is a sign I saw in front of the RE company's office. I blurred the logo for their protection. :)
How would you like to work with one of these freshly licensed agents? They have a whole weekends worth of education and are now helping you leverage yourself into a $500,000 investment. Nice!
